Our fees rather depend on each individual task but in any case we will be extremely transparent about what costs using our services will incur and we will always do our utmost to keep our charges as low as possible.

An Initial consultation is always free of charge.

After this we generally charge in 2 separate ways

Fixed assignment:
This form of payment provides for a one-time agreement depending on the scope of services. It helps in business registration, framing of treaties, business plans or for a consultation on different issues. tax or project outsourcing

Outsourcing:
For this we recommend that all clients initially appoint us on a retainer basis equal to just one advisory working day monthly for 12 months. Naturally this does not mean that we only work 8 hours but the client only pays for that time each month. This is usually sufficient to deal with all but the most difficult challenges and before starting on your project we will discuss fully with you the expected milestones.

Due to the number of requests we receive for inspection and due diligence visits however we are not able to waive the "actual expenses" for inspection visits although we may waive the standard charge out rate for due diligence visits. Before appointing us please be sure to discuss any costs with us to avoid misunderstandings.

For reference our standard fees and expenses are shown below. We are also happy to tailor make an individual package for clients with specific needs.

The fees from any agreed shared gains from litigation or the implementation of projects will be deducted from the total funds that we collect for you from your clients so. "No win, no fee"

Our normal standard rates are as follows (A currency for transactions between the client and The Barrington Group will also be agreed but for convenience £ Pounds sterling are used in this document) :-
